2. Product Return & Replacement Policy

Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:

a. Damaged / Defective Product

If the delivered product is damaged, defective, or incomplete, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

b. Wrong Product Delivered

If the delivered item does not match your order, we will replace it at no extra cost.

c. Expired or Quality Issue

Note:

• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

• E-pins, digital codes, or activation purchases

5. Direct Seller / Distributor Transactions

• No refund is applicable once an ID is activated or a package/E-pin is assigned.
• Refunds do not apply to commissions, payouts, or rewards forfeited due to policy violations.
